The product is great, the culture and direction, not so much - Senior Technical Account Manager Tanium Employee Review

Pros

There are some absolutely brilliant and smart people, unfortunately most are managed by those who would struggle to find their way out of a wet paper bag. The product itself is great, has some excellent features and ability but it has some flaws that need fixing, and fixing is not on the agenda.

Cons

The workload is through the roof and the expectation is that you'll keep working until you drop or leave in a box. The management team is not prepared to listen or discuss suggestions, even when presented with data. The typical response is that their view is very different, everything is great, and they'll keep doing what they're doing.
