Pros
Some of the best people I have ever met work at Tanner, I loved the culture of humble, hungry, and smart. They care about you and want you to succeed in life. It was great training and an awesome experience from day one. It is such a privilege to give back and provide service to companies around the valley.
Cons
High learning curve and high expectations. As an auditor, you are expected to work 55+ hours during the busy season. Some audits require more work than others due to audits of start-up companies and smaller companies.
