Pros
Great discounts, learn about basic leatherworking, riveting, luxury domestic brands, etc. Co-workers are usually fun to be around and all have similar styles which is a good common denominator. Product is of exceptional quality.
Cons
In retail, it is just like any other retail job. Mgmt don't want to give you too much opportunity so they can keep their job. It is hard to move up and you won't get paid much. Still a lot of opportunity at corporate level to save cost on manufacturing, buy better product for stores, size analyses, etc. They are not making as much money as they should.
