      Pros

      Remote work, everyone is fairly understanding of having to step away here and there throughout the day.

      Cons

      Underpaid, management is condescending, the lowest level employees bear the brunt of the consequences for poor decisions by management and there is general lack of direction. CEO does not inspire.

      - Tapgoods is very organized in their software development process. - I, as developer, can give effective opinions about the work process and about a proposed solution. - Good work is well recognized. - Work can be challenging at times, the team has a culture of helping one another - No bs meetings, very pragmatic.
