      Cons

      Overworked, long hours- insufficient resources in the right places. Who you know- not what you know ladder.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
