Pros
I love working at tapouts. The team is amazing. The co-founders are some of the smartest people I have ever met. They come with a bag of experience and know how to build a great company. What made me want to work here was their mission to change the world. Their hiring process stretches over a couple of months because you need to meet all the founders and some advisors. But I get why. It’s a bunch of “friends” working here and every day is fun.
Cons
There is a lot to do. Things change everyday as the company as they figure out what works and what doesn’t. I get it. Pay is ok. Could be better but you do get a huge chunk of equity, which does offset that a bit.
