Easy job, not really much to think about while on the job
Cons
1. Manager micromanages
2. Expects new employees to have the same knowledge as the staff she hired 10 years ago to help build the company and doesn't allow for learning on the job without giving grief
3. Wants to only pay for 8 hours regardless of possible issues that come up making the service times longer
4. Lots of driving (not a big con but some days there's traffic and the manager doesn't understand that it can make the day longer even if the route sheet says it takes a certain amount of time to get from a to b)
5. Asked to take unpaid breaks and lunches when she said not when was appropriate on multiple occasions (once asked to take my unpaid break at 7:45am when started at 7:30 because she didn't have things ready to start the day)
