- Great culture, very friendly people, understanding and kind management - Good tech stack, using up-to-date technologies - Good power dynamic, never felt like seniors or management was condescending to me - Decent pay for a start-up
Cons
- Sometimes the culture can be too sensitive, disagreeing can make you feel singled out - Firing employees without warning or pre-notice (including myself)
