Everyone there seems like a family from top to bottom, which is great for morale. Some offices (like my first one) are really nice. They provide lunch (sometimes). The benefits are pretty good.

The pay is low. The plant is noisy and dirty (like most manufacturing facilities). My second office was in the plant (and it wasn't so nice). I was laid off when their competition began outsourcing to China (this is also common in manufacturing).

The best part about working for Tara materials is the work atmosphere and the employees.

The only con that I have about working at Tara materials is that the pay isn't really that great.
