You can learn as much as you want if you are in field. Salary is bit late but at the end you get it(2 months gap).

No over time allowance. Extra work hours without reason. Lack of technical supervisor, as company prefer to hire their relatives. Zero employee value, they don't even care about you if you are in field. Very poor management system. Lots of flattering staffs. Lack of professionalism. Very poor promotion system. Fake promises. Unskilled supervisors. You will fired or transferred, if you open your mouth against the system.
