Pros

After knowing about projects you will get confuse whether its a company or training institute. 3. English of higher management is awesome. While perfomance rating its can be change from B to D.its totally depending on managers performance not yours because they are getting hikes on basis of their capability on fake commitment with the team. 5. They are very strict about its team size of office just like a parliament where seats are fixed. one person entered means one has to go.. 6. If your project is on finishing stage then be ready to search a job.
Cons
1. CMMI LEVEL 5 but after seeing the machine you will easily get to know that even kabadi wala will also not ready to purchase these dubaa's. 2. After Getting offer letter and joining time check your CTC and in hand..it will definately get changed. 3. If you talk about week ends then its a crime in tarang. 4. Outing, team lunch these kind of words will be consider as a mently harrasment. 5. If you give party or plan any thing on behalf of tarang its biggest mistake of your life because one day definately you will fired. 6. You have to speak english but if you heared few top managemnet guy then you will feel ''why this guy is trying to speak in english ? 7. After over a night working if you will get a cab from company then its mean u r lucky.other wise you have to wait till morning. 8. Talking about hikes.. means u r using abusing words against management. 9. Working 30 out of 30 days if you expect any extra pay for week end or any trip leave or 100% variable component then u r biggest fool. 10. If KEYBOARD,MOUSE,MONITER (without blinking) then you should feel like you get a personal cabin. 11. If you are suffering from JAUNDICE or any serious personal problem , and you cant come office for 3-4 days then you will surely get fired. not permit for LOP. 12.
