      There is nothing in the company as pros.

      Cons

      COO is game player in the company,She will torture employees and there is no right or wrong what she says is the final. Office environment is unprofessional. Every time we should call sir/ madam to reporting manager and any senior employees, This will not happen in any IT companies. Tardid treats employee as begger, "NO" respect at all. Forget technical grow. Saving our life is challenging. Please don't join the company, if you join they will make you to go to mental hospital asap.
