      Couple of hard workers have to do all the work while guys with no ambition get a pass to do very little.

      Great company. Very lean and nimble for the market cap. Easy to have an idea, get feedback and then execute.

      Pros

      New office building. Supervisors/managers/Director is awesome to work for. Benefits are pretty good. They pull bonus numbers out of thin air.

      Cons

      HR is too involved with decision making and promotions. The pay isnt as completive. 2.5% merit increases are a slap to the face.
