Pros
- Flexible working hours- being open until 9pm is great for high school students who cannot work during the day - Decent pay rate for the position - Lots of hours during christmas and holiday periods
Cons
- I was with the company for five years as a casual and was not offered a part time position for 15 hours that I requested numerous times despite constantly accepting last minute shifts and staying back late. - Management's expectations are too high- they still expected everything to be perfect and all stock to be done having 2 team members on in a large department on a saturday
