Horrible place to work - Change Team Target Group Limited Employee Review

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. The exco team is a bit of a joke in the organisation. Never aligned, never make any decisions, pull the rug from under everyone's feet and then beat the teams with a stick and say work harder and faster. CEO is a TechM hatchet man, who is trying to impose changes that frankly won't work in a UK based regulated organisation. Clueless. Exco are playing with fire with the decisions or lack of decisions being made. This is causing the organisation to work at significant risk both financially and regulatory. I would hazard a guess that there a lots of serious breaches. Senior management are generally speaking out of there depth and appear to make no changes to improve. Escalation culture at Target is very bad. Everyone is constantly covering themselves and throwing everyone under the bus. I would go as far to say, it's a very toxic environment. Overall, this is a horrendous company to work for, all the negative reviews are correct. If you want a life, work satisfaction and the ability to be allowed to actually deliver, don't work here. Success is an impossible task when you are actively stopped from having the tools/people you need to deliver.
