Pros
- Quarterly bonuses - Great team all around (great people across all teams) - Accessible leadership who cares about people above all: the exec team makes time every quarter to connect with all employees of the company (and if you decide you want to do something different, they will help you find another job) -- this is probably the biggest differentiator - Transparency (another big differentiator) - Amazing company culture even with the fast growth - Exciting time to be at the company as it is experiencing a lot of growth
Cons
Can be a lot of hours at times, especially in the height of an election cycle, but you have a great team working alongside you and are rewarded for the work (bonuses)
