Pros
Overall felt that everyone was very friendly including coworkers/staff , and different networking/events made things fun from time to time!
Cons
I think for anyone considering working here it's important to know that you are going to be working for campaigns that are highly demanding and can make the workday extra long. The company is highly understaffed and team members are often working on multiple clients, working on multiple projects rather than focusing on one area of expertise. Often felt like Managers/Directors and other upper were not trained in managerial and organizational skills and lower level employees would be burdened by this. Pay is not great for the hours you will be working, was told when I was interviewed that I would be able to use the gym while in the office with the "flexible" schedule offered, never ever got close to this happening.
