More than 1/3rd of staff are at or near executive leadership, putting more pressure on middle and entry level talent. While primarily a digital political marketing firm, the company has expanded into alternative areas of business with limited success. Particularly troubling was an expansion into a Crypto practice several months before multiple industry heavyweights collapsed.
