      Pros

      Hybird work and able to work from home

      Cons

      Management is not supportive. Toxic work culture, lots of talking behind peoples back and no respect for management. Unrealistic Work expectations and very odd processes. Manager was hardly ever in at work and was made to jump hoops for approvals.
