Tarmika does a great job of allowing you to do what you're good at, and to find things you can do even better. Lots of room for growth, the absolute best people to work with, and a great mission and product to stand beside.
Cons
Typical start-up - too much to do, never enough time to do it all! Luckily you can rely on your team to help, and everyone works together towards a common goal.
