If there's something you dread doing or know you do a poor job at, management will try their best to rearrange responsibilities so that you will reach your full potential in your job. Jamie, Dana, Holly, and KJ are always there with open arms to listen and help in any way. There is so much room within the company to grow to your full potential because you have the opportunity to forge your own path. The people at this company are indeed one of the greatest pros. Everyone here wants you to succeed, and will help you to do so. That is rare and unusual, and so very special. Cons
It indeed does take some time to get into the swing of how the pace here flows. At times I felt completely lost. Other times overwhelmed. Other times technologically frustrated. At the end of the day, you look around and see such amazing people that it makes those few frustrating moments very much worth it.
