Pros

Not only will your thoughts be heard, but they're honored. If there's something you dread doing or know you do a poor job at, management will try their best to rearrange responsibilities so that you will reach your full potential in your job. Jamie, Dana, Holly, and KJ are always there with open arms to listen and help in any way. There is so much room within the company to grow to your full potential because you have the opportunity to forge your own path. The people at this company are indeed one of the greatest pros. Everyone here wants you to succeed, and will help you to do so. That is rare and unusual, and so very special. Change is a huge part about this business, things are always changing and being shaken up for the companies success. It is very exciting to see in action and be a part of. The company's success is our success!!

Cons

It indeed does take some time to get into the swing of how the pace here flows. At times I felt completely lost. Other times overwhelmed. Other times technologically frustrated. At the end of the day, you look around and see such amazing people that it makes those few frustrating moments very much worth it.

Pros

If you want to own your business and be the master of your fate, this is a great company to work for. The company is growing and the people are great. You are trusted to move forward, think of your own ideas and ways of doing things and then following through. everyone is open and honest and the politics of a larger company don't really play into your day to day job. it's all about the work and improving everyday. Lots of new problems to solve and a fun down to earth team to get the job done with you.

Cons

Because the company is growing and it is small you don't have the "perks" of a large company. But they do work to make up for that in other ways, like company lunches monthly and they are open to listening to new ideas which is refreshing. Their isn't a lot of process in place but they are working to change that too. like any company growing, you have your growing pains and that is what I think is happening here.
