Pros

Great employees & friends that you meet, but we are all exhausted from the poor work conditions. Cool building.

Cons

- No work life balance - Poor quality of life when working here - No job security, a few are laid off each month - Upper management needs to be let go or be taught how to run the company - Owners need to learn how to create a great work culture. IT STARTS FROM YOU. No amount of snacks & food will equal out the poor culture that you have created over the years. - Every department is drowning in work that you will be mentally drained everyday - No clear path - Does poorly with money & sales - No official HR - People feel bad if they take one day off because of the amount of work - Impossible deadlines are accepted because they are desperate for money - Stop treating your employees like garbage - Please note the previous 5 star in 2018 has been laid off already

Pros

If you want to own your business and be the master of your fate, this is a great company to work for. The company is growing and the people are great. You are trusted to move forward, think of your own ideas and ways of doing things and then following through. everyone is open and honest and the politics of a larger company don't really play into your day to day job. it's all about the work and improving everyday. Lots of new problems to solve and a fun down to earth team to get the job done with you.

Cons

Because the company is growing and it is small you don't have the "perks" of a large company. But they do work to make up for that in other ways, like company lunches monthly and they are open to listening to new ideas which is refreshing. Their isn't a lot of process in place but they are working to change that too. like any company growing, you have your growing pains and that is what I think is happening here.
