Pros
Years ago when I started working at the Tastefully Simple Headquarters I was proud to have my job and felt so blessed to work for a company with such authentic values and a meaningful mission.
Cons
Over time the company got way too corporate, they had way more people in management than necessary and way more processes and procedures than an actual big corporation. Team members in many areas weren't allowed to stretch and learn, too much process in the way. It wasn't much fun any more, and forcing the culture on everyone takes the fun and authenticity out of it as well.
