Pros
It's a startup company funded by Tata group, Good for freshers comparatively better package for freshers than service industry around 6.5Lpa. Interesting areas of work and no other alternative company in India works on such stuff.
Cons
Project management sucks.. B. D team feels that employees are super humans (high expectations but unclear expectations), Highly bureaucratic work culture all mid level managers are ex psu employees so the culture is same. Blame each others for failure. Everyone tries to do everything and finally no output. No technical person is allowed to show way or plan. Lacks technical guidance and coordination within teams.
