Managers and team leads are helpful—especially during onboarding—which makes it easier for freshers to settle in. Timely Salary Payments: Although the overall pay is on the lower side, salaries are consistently paid on time, which adds a level of reliability. Good Facilities: The office offers decent amenities, including a hygienic cafeteria with reasonably priced food, which helps improve the overall day-to-day work experience.

Cons

Low Compensation: The salary for the Customer Service Associate role is relatively low compared to industry standards. This can be discouraging, especially when considering long-term career growth.
