* Department head has a biased view in treating his subordinates * Filthy language used in meetings * There are few employees who are there since inception but good for nothing * They are the root cause of internal politics which has been disturbing the environment * Pampering such people has been demotivating the good performers * Cultural diversity is a big "-" point * All the above factual points has been leading the performers to leave the organization
