      Great benefits and hours, solid management, interesting and ever changing programme (some would disagree on these marks)

      Cons

      The organisation does not allow for much job progression or to learn from other departments so you can feel stuck as I did.

      Pros

      It used to be they pay every week, now it's every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Nobody knows anything. You don't know who answers to who and there is no accountability anywhere. Basically a free for all, just show up and you'll get a check.
