Very accommodating, caring, friendly and flexible

With such a large organisation, it can be slow to change

It used to be they pay every week, now it's every 2 weeks

Nobody knows anything. You don't know who answers to who and there is no accountability anywhere. Basically a free for all, just show up and you'll get a check.
