Thank you very much for taking the time to post some of your experiences. We are sorry that they were not what you must have been hoping for. It is good to note though that you had joined a friendly workforce. We are very proud of our diverse, creative workforce and high levels of loyalty with employees that had successful careers and are still with us after many years, often more than 10. We have worked every season to improve our critical path, particularly for our creatives roles, and are very proud that particularly during this current season, our top teams are doing a brilliant job in achieving excellent results and meeting deadlines. As a family business, we have rotas to look after our office, and some employees would purchase milk on company credit cards or have it immediately reimbursed through petty cash. We also enjoy socials together, regular breakfasts, which I hope you were part of, and we are looking forward to our seasonal potluck lunch. We trust you have found a new career and wish you well.
