      The benefits package is extensive and only gets better with time. Upper management is respectful lots of opportunities to grow within the company

      Cons

      The pay could definitely be improved, lots of overtime so its kinda a toss up.

      Paid for my Class A CDL and work with my schedule while I attend college.

      Cons

      Unless if you are driving, you are probably going to end up standing for your entire 10 hour shift.

      Discounted rentals for employees and PTO

      Cons

      No compensation for working hard so don't expect a raise. Can do bare minimum or work hard all shift. Lazy employee culture and safety hazards.
