Pros
The work was varied and interesting. It's a small company so it's easy to get a connection to the people you work with and the customers you help. Honestly one of the best jobs I have ever had.
Cons
This is a BIG con: The CEO is the most difficult person to be around that I have ever seen. He will berate you, he will mock you, and he will destroy your mental health, all in front of the whole company. Be prepared for half-day long meetings in which the CEO goes on and on about how incredible he is and how terrible everyone else is. I cant stress enough that the CEO is not a person anyone wants to work for.
