Pros

Well, it's work, and times are tough. And the freebies are pretty good (who would turn down free tattoos?), the co workers are friendly, and the parking is free.

Cons

The pay stinks, the building is pretty grim (even for a manufacturing plant), the turnover rate is high, the drive is long (no matter where in Tucson you live). And the job security? Well, it's not like CHINA can't manufacture temporary tattoos. If you come to work here, expect your job to be short lived as this industry will be one of the first to go down with the New Economy.

Pros

New CEO is doing alright. There's definitely been a lot of mismanagement in the past and the business practices have a long way to go but every month seems to be better than the last. Depending on which department your in, you can expect a lot of autonomy along with a fair amount of work. There are a couple of inflated egos and since the state of the company "needs improvement" expect to have to do more with less.

Cons

The fact that the company is split down the middle between their differing brands and have been allowed to independently create their own business processes while still utilizing the same systems has created havoc. There needs to be a major push for standardization and much less "Tribal Knowledge". The fact that you'll be expected to know which customers have which billing arrangements and shipping arrangements and change your order entry accordingly is ridiculous. As the supplier, we should be dictating the terms, not the customers.
