Tamil is the language used in the company, so even if you are the best employee, work hard, it does nto matter coause you never get a chance to interact. and other people take away your credits saying they did it.

My manager was not at all able to mentor/guide me. During appraisals he couldn't even answer my questions on how to do better in my role. Also the people prefer Tamil-talking people, hence you feel left out sometimes. No learning- If you are a CA, don't join here, you lose touch with everything what you learnt!
