Pros
This is a famy owned company. The president and his daughter are partners. They hired me on, as I had heard about this wonderful company who really helps everyday people resolve their tax issues; often saving people tens of thousands of dollars. Real asset to the central & Southern California, and the state of Nevada. The president/CEO has been doing this for 34+ years. I've learned a lot in re: tax debt solutions & received even more sales experience by the President/CEO himself- he allowed me to shadow him, which was an amazing experience.. In my role of VP of Sales, there's never a boring day. I get to interact with other employees when I travel to one of our four locations. I'm able to pass along my sales strategies, how to be a one time closer etc. I get to train sales reps with unique techniques, how to respond to customer objectives and how to close the sales deal In the first meeting. Personally, I love sales...and I love helping people/businesses that are in bad situations. Tax debt is more common than you think, and it's a warm family environment that makes you love coming to work!

I don't have any cons. Communication is excellent, the pay is great if you're a go-getter, and I never work nights or weekends..
