Pros
There’s some flexibility to arrive later if you worked late the night before. A few coworkers are kind and supportive, and some aw activities they organized were enjoyable and helped build some team spirit.
Cons
Low pay rates and no extra compensation for working after hours, sometimes even past midnight. You’re required to use your personal phone for work-related calls/ WhatsApp messages. There’s a lack of guidance from management, with no regular team meetings or 1x1 check-ins to discuss goals, performance, or expectations. The leads provided are 95% unqualified, so you end up calling incorrect numbers or people looking for Uber services (either drivers or riders) instead of actual prospects. The office hygiene is poor, bathrooms are often in bad condition, and the fridge can contain old or moldy food containers. You also end up doing multiple roles outside the one you were hired for, without recognition nor increased pay. The company seems to take advantage of immigrants who need the job, offering salaries below market value. There’s no HR department or proper organization, and many processes are missing or inconsistent.
