Pros

• A few genuinely kind and supportive coworkers who did their best despite the environment. • Some flexibility and international exposure that could have been positive under better leadership.

Cons

• The sales culture is toxic and demoralizing. Leadership often undermines employees instead of supporting them. I was repeatedly contradicted in front of clients and colleagues, which made it difficult to do my job or feel respected. • The sales department suffers from poor leadership and communication. Management often fails to support or empower team members, especially when it comes to decision-making or client relationships. • Management regularly undermined my work — contradicting my statements to clients, taking over my accounts without notice, and publicly questioning my abilities in front of colleagues. This made it extremely difficult to perform effectively or feel confident in my role. • At times, I was subjected to unprofessional and inappropriate remarks from management — comments that made me deeply uncomfortable and made it clear that respect and professionalism weren’t priorities. • Feedback was often dismissed, and successes went unacknowledged. The atmosphere was one where fear, frustration, and second-guessing became the norm. • There’s no clear path for growth or development, and turnover is high for a reason.

Pros

Some coworkers are sweet and supportive, which helped create a friendlier atmosphere day to day. The team often arranged Friday fikas together, and there was an annual social activity such as go-karting or paintball. Planning the work day was somewhat flexible, though mainly due to a lack of clear guidance.

Cons

Salaries are below industry standards, and there’s little openness to discussing fair compensation. The role I worked in lacked the structure, tools, and support needed to succeed. Expectations were unclear, communication was inconsistent, and meetings were often delayed. Professional development was not encouraged. I was expected to handle learning and skill improvement on my own time. Important documents like contracts were in Swedish, even if a majority of the employees were English speaking. The work environment also felt quite controlling, with no option for remote work. Basic workplace hygiene was often neglected. Shared spaces like the kitchen and toilets were in poor condition even if this was addressed. Overall, while there were a few kind people, the combination of low pay, poor communication, and lack of professional support made it difficult to grow or feel valued in this role.
