Great opportunities to advance your own career pathway with generous mentorship as well as advocacy; I work with a lot of really great human beings who promote a kind and supportive culture; flexibility and hybrid work schedule; big investment in professional development and learning/training opportunities; the work feels very meaningful as we gain a firsthand understanding of the positive impact it has on the stakeholders and end users; leadership is accessible and open to new ideas.
Cons
Transition period means a few growing pains, but I do trust in the leadership to steer the ship appropriately and with integrity.
