Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

-Tell you there's a base pay when it's actually all commission -false promises. you likely won't ever make it to management because promotion structure is like none other I've ever seen. It's nearly impossible with all the turnover. -preys on fresh desperate college grads or anyone with a pulse, hence why the majority of the office is under 25 -no gas reimbursement, which a large chunk of your money till go toward -tells everyone that they are not looking for salesman but future managers, even though the whole job is based on your ability to sell. -team night always felt mandatory -door to door sales -pay is awful considering the hours unless you're a sales god -10 hour days I feel bad for those who got conned into this. Some people with families left legitimate well-paying jobs to come here and make significantly less because they were promised dreams of making 6 figures within a year or so.

Pros

Great environment where everybody is family. People genuinely care about you teaching your goals not only personally but professionally as well You can make a lot of money as long as you work hard and go out everyday and do what you are supposed to do. Promotions are whatl the business is all about. So if you put the time in you will get promoted. Training is hands on and they are always wanting you to grow

Cons

It's not for everybody, so you meet some people you form relationships with that end up leaving. Every job has turnover because management roles are hard to find good fits for.

Pros

I’ve worked with Taylor Made Marketing in Hillsborough, NJ for a little over a year now and I can honestly say it’s been an awesome experience. I’ve been able to grow and develop skills that I never even knew I was capable of. The people that I work with make me want to come to work every day. Everyone is so encouraging and just a basically a blast to be around. I love the fact that I get to see people grow around me and that I am a part of that. I’m extremely excited for the opportunity to grow and continue to develop with Taylor Made Marketing and to continue growing personally and professionally.

Cons

Sales isn’t for everyone, it was definitely something I had to get used to. To be honest I never ever would have thought that I would be doing any type of sales (I’m not very good at being pushy), but I learned that there are different ways of going about sales and that I can do it without being pushy at all. The job will but you out of your comfort zone and you have to be really good at talking to people and have tougher skin at times. This job isn’t for everyone, but I guess what the saying goes “nothing good ever came easy”.
