Laid back environment Gain experience in a lot of things that will be helpful later in life whether its for your job or not A lot of overtime opportunities in the summer (especially during graduations season)
Cons
Some times a lot of work but a limited wage If you do not want overtime you will sometimes be pressured into work you would rather not do
