Wonderful experience with supportive team and leadership - Document Management Technician Taylor Rose Employee Review

I have been employed at Taylor Rose for little over a year. Honestly it's been a wonderful experience to be working here. When I first started I was welcomed and received excellent support from my manager and team, I can come to my manager with any support and advice who is very open and welcoming treats all the team fairly. The overall head of the department I work in is an excellent director/CEO. Very supportive and recognises contributions and recognises where praise is deserved. The department I work within is very supportive and all get along well. My department team has grown quite a bit since I first joined and I can see how the firm is very diverse and inclusion focused. Your are not micro managed and given full support and trust to manage your own workload. Feedback also on point very useful in order to help improve in areas. Department I work in we are in constant contact with other departments and staff members and consultants and they have all been great to work alongside. Senior directors and partners within the firm they are very approachable and supportive. I have also heard from few returning employees who are welcomed and supported like they have never left. Like I said I have not been with the firm for long and have been nominated for a directors award and have won. It goes to show the firm recognises achievement and celebrates hard work and encourages growth. Taylor Rose is a very forward thinking firm which adapts to change in the market.
