      Pros

      Good supportive employer, lots of HR exposure and opportunities to become involved and learn. Good leadership team that are approachable and welcoming. Employee benefits are very good with access to sick pay, pension scheme, generous annual leave, flexi-time and supportive employment policies.

      None in particular that I experienced.

      The work was really great and the kids were kind.

      Cons

      Lots of standing but honestly not too bad. Mostly older colleagues but they are sweet.
