Agree with the bad reviews of TBayTel - Operations Tbaytel Employee Review

They do NOT value their employees as they should. Impossible to move up in this company unless you are favored. Do not be fooled about all the good they do in the community as this is what they want you to see. There is another side to TBayTel, a dark side which you don't hear about especially when it comes to how they treat their employees. If it wasn't for the generous wages, there would be a higher turnover rate. There was a time when I used to be proud working at TBayTel, now I'm ashamed.
