Nothing is a pro. It's a stressful and toxic environment and a waste of time.

Horrible management They drain the life out of you if u dont hit sale targets The higher management makes employees do all the work They treat their employees like crap Hitting targets only puts 200 dollars In your pocket Going to the district managers is a waste of time because they won't listen to u they will only listen to the managers. I went into a depression working there, I had to leave due to my health problems they caused me.
