Laid back and friendly colleagues in the Varna office. The best managers I ever worked with.
Cons
This depends on which team you are in, colleagues, and the type of management exercised on that team. This is an oursourcing employeer, so if the main contract drops with one of the big tech giants, so do the employees next. They were not transparent or were unaware of the changes happening in the background when the contract with the big firm was dropped, so they cut employee benefits and later on shared with employers why it is happening.
