      Pros

      Family-like environment. The leadership in Costa Rica has worked hard for making a change through growth. The site management has improved greatly.

      Cons

      Salary is not high. The entire power and decision making is based in one person only, who is not in the country and has to approve even a pen.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
