      To get your first job. Start getting a carrier path for the future even when you have not finished your studies yet

      Cons

      The payment is not good the work is too much. There is no confidence only things happen in pro of those that management want for having a good relationship or at least that's how it looks like

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
