      Lot of room for potential growth opportunities. Exposure to different culture. Room for learning and development

      Cons

      Be flexible to the changes. Since it’s a start up phase there are few changes here and there so be patient. The company is under good management nothing to worry about it now

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
