Pros
This is a good place for those who have none experience at all in any job, they gave the opportunity to work here and gain good work experience.
Cons
The management perspective about its employees is very poor, you are a number more and the company does not really care if you spend 5 years or 6 months here, they will not try to retain you making a good salary offer before is too late and you already get a better job in other side. No work for home, and extra benefits are almost null compared to other Technology companies.
