Strict schedule, poor management - Technical Support Agent TeKnowledge Employee Review

- Very strict schedule: They even set quota for emergency leaves. Half-day or 1-day planned leaves have to be informed 3 days in advance. 15 min break in the first 4 hours of the shift, 1 hour break for lunch/dinner, another 15 min break in the last 4 hours. - Poor facilities: Cockroaches in the pantry, no cafeteria, the building's elevators are always crowded hence long waiting time in rush hours (8-9am, 11:30-12:30pm, 5-6pm). Very noisy especially night shift. Computers are damaged to the point that you can even see the internal components under the display, happens after about 7-8 months usage. - Voluntary activities are forced to join
