5yGreat feedback - thank you. We believe in paying for performance, so not everyone will receive an increase throughout the year. Our numbers for last year tell us that over 20% of our employees received a pay increase, while an additional 30% of our employees were promoted to a new role (which would also come with an increase) - but certainly not everyone.
